Greetings Lion Families,

Welcome to Livaudais Middle School!  As the principal, it is my pleasure to extend a warm welcome to both new and returning families.  I am excited to embark on another enriching and inspiring academic school year filled with learning, growth, and new opportunities.

At Livaudais Middle School, we are dedicated to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where every student feels valued and supported. We understand the unique challenges faced by English language learners and families from diverse backgrounds, and we are committed to providing the resources and support needed for every student to succeed.  At Livaudais Middle School, we are proud of our diverse community.  Our students come from various cultural backgrounds, and many are English second language learners. This diversity enriches our school environment and provides an unique opportunity for all students to learn from each other and celebrate different cultures.  We have established schoolwide expectations known as ROAR: Respectful, Organized, Alert, and Responsible. These core values guide our students in their daily conduct and interactions, fostering a positive and productive school environment.

With over 23 years of experience in education as a teacher, dean, assistant principal, and now principal, I have had the privilege of witnessing firsthand the transformative power of education. Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to creating an inclusive, supportive, and high-achieving school environment.  I am pleased to share that under my leadership our school has seen significant improvements in academics and behavior.  Since 2021, we have consistently increased our school's performance scores, surpassing our pre-pandemic achievement numbers and decreased out of school suspensions.  This progress is the result of our dedicated staff, engaged parents, and hardworking students.  

As we continue to build on this success, I encourage you to stay involved and engaged in your child's education.  We encourage you to stay connected with us through our school website, newsletters, and social media channels for updates and important information. Together, we can create a supportive and nurturing environment that fosters academic excellence and personal growth.
